1. Who provides the service?

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using the service, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, you may not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Service description

Forresten.dk is a SaaS platform for processing drone imagery using photogrammetry. You upload ZIP files of drone photos, select a processing preset, and receive orthophotos, 3D models, point clouds, and terrain models.

The platform also offers a free flight planner for generating waypoint missions for DJI drones. The flight planner does not require an account.

4. Delivery of results

When a processing job completes, your results (orthophotos, 3D models, point clouds, and terrain models) are made available via a publicly accessible share link on Hetzner Storage Share. The link is sent to you by email.

  • The link requires no password. Anyone who has the URL can download your files.
  • The link is protected by a cryptographically unique token in the URL, making it practically impossible to guess.
  • Links remain active for 1 year from the time of creation by default.
  • You are responsible for keeping the link confidential and for not sharing it with unauthorised parties.

If you are processing data that requires access-controlled delivery (for example, confidential surveys, infrastructure data, or private property data), contact us at contact@larslindved.com before starting the job so we can arrange an appropriate delivery method.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at agne@gijahub.com if you discover unauthorized use of your account.

6. Credits system

The service is prepaid and based on a credits system.

  • Credits are purchased in advance and deducted from your balance when a processing job is started.
  • Credits are non-refundable, unless a processing job fails due to an error on our side. In that case, the credits spent on the failed job are refunded to your account.
  • If a job is cancelled after it has already started running on a cloud server, credits are not refunded.
  • Credits do not expire.

7. Acceptable use

You may only upload drone imagery that you legally own or have the right to process. You are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with local legislation and regulations governing drone operations, including aviation rules and airspace restrictions.
  • Obtaining all necessary permits for the missions you carry out.
  • Ensuring that uploaded material does not infringe the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that misuse the service.

8. Flight planner – important disclaimer

Important notice. Flight plans generated by this tool are for informational and planning purposes only. The pilot-in-command (PIC) bears sole responsibility for verifying all mission parameters (altitude, speed, waypoints, geofencing, obstacle clearance) before any flight. GIJA HUB MB accepts no liability for any damage, injury, loss, or regulatory violation arising from the use of generated flight plans. Use of the flight planner does not constitute flight authorization. Always comply with local aviation authority regulations.

9. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the drone imagery you upload and the results you receive. GIJA HUB MB acquires no rights to your material by providing the processing service.

We retain all rights to our own software platforms, algorithms, and branding.

10. Service availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level (SLA). We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or upgrades.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GIJA HUB MB's total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim you raise.

GIJA HUB MB is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. You will be notified by email before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
